Place a medicine order by opening the “Pharmacy” tab, selecting “Online Medicine,” adding medicines to your cart, and placing the order.

Get medicines from panel pharmacies by selecting ‘Walk-in Pharmacy’ in the ‘Pharmacy’ tab, choose your preferred pharmacy, upload your invoice, and get the medicine without paying, the amount will be deducted from the OPD Limit.

Order lab tests at home by selecting the “Online Lab” option, then select your preferred lab and book your home sample collection visit.

Claims are reimbursed within 5 working days after verification by the respective departments.
